Day 2

I had fun.
My girlfriend and I spent a little time at her place watching crazy women get compete for a honeymoon through their marriages while her color processed (I did her touch up).
Then we went for a quick drive up the street to walk around.  We ended up in a little consignment shop and each bought something.  I bought a lovely silk dress for almost nothing and with some very minor alteration (the delicate straps are loose and need to be shortened, and the V line of the front needs to be stitched enough so I don't look like a hooker).  It is really lovely.  She bought a few retro looking tops and a dress as well.

I will go back.  The things were high quality and many were unique and completely to my taste.

Then I went to set into motion realizing something I have wanted for myself for a very long time, and I'm excited!

While waiting for my appointment I met an artist in the same building.  He holds classes through adult school as well as in his studio.  He teaches a hands on art class, one in water color, and French class.  He explained he lived a very long time in France.  Fascinating he'd end up in our City.  So many people try to get away.

I'm interested in the water color class.  Mainly because it is a medium I never took the time to experience and because it would be the most cost effective.  As well, if I do decide to take the class it would be easy to manage with my schedule and sons.

Nice!
